Spain's penalty ceiling
Spain's infringement framework runs from €301 for minor cases up to €1,000,000 for the most serious ones, with the possibility of a multi-year suspension of activity attached to the worst cases.

The certificate we issue confirms that your site has been audited and meets those standards as at the audit date, and is a valid record of your due diligence towards customers and authorities. We are not a public supervisory body or a regulatory authority: our certificate is a private-brand technical accreditation. We are not liable for misuse of the platform, for a customer's failure to implement recommended fixes, or for infringements caused by third parties.
